best oil

For LS, I use 100% coconut oil for laundry, dish, mop, & general cleansing when a powerful cleaner is required. Superfatted at 0%.

For hair/skin, I like to use either 100% olive or olive/chia seed/cocoa butter/1% beeswax superfatted to 2%.
